We're confident in our pillow. That's why you get 100 nights to try it at home.
Our promise
You have 100 days from delivery to request a return and get a full refund. A cervical pillow usually takes 7 to 14 nights to get used to, so we recommend trying it for at least 2 weeks.
How to return
Email contact+us@cervizen-shop.com. We reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Conditions
- Return the pillow in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging).
- Include any free items that came with your offer.
- Returns sent without a prior request cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed, contact us at contact+us@cervizen-shop.com.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email contact+us@cervizen-shop.com right away with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you immediately.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
Exceptions
Gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned.
